Youth Auditions are for all Male and Female Youth Tracks. Children auditioning must be at least 8 years old by the audition date, and no older than 18. Please bring a headshot and or current picture.  Expect to be in your audition for the full hour time slot.  You will learn a dance combination in your group and then sing a short song of your choosing (no sheet music or CD’s needed). YOU MUST SCHEDULE YOUR AUDITION TIME.  If not, you may not be seen. ***Southern Theatre Conference (SETC) – Fall Professional Unified Auditions SETC’s annual professional auditions are held in Charlotte, NC again. Hiring companies and actors from across the country will convene for auditions and callbacks working to fill quality roles for a variety of theatres and venues. Theatre types represented include repertory, regional and stock companies, single show venues, cruise lines, dinner theatres, entertainment agencies, seasonal shows and more. This annual event has become a primary place for connecting professional actors in theatre to opportunities in the theatre and entertainment industries. Event dates of August 24 and 26, 2019. Registration for both companies and actors opens June 14, 2019
NH Community Theater Association (NHCTA),
Entries for the 48th Annual One-Act Festival
This year to be held in the historic Rochester Opera House, Rochester,NH on the weekend of September 20. There is no restrictions on material or age of participants. Site visit will be held at the Opera House in June. Pine Street Studios
Vocal Coaching sessions offered at The Palace Theatre’s Pine Street Studios. Coaching is for students in grades 2-12. Highly Visible Community Soace – holds up to 15 works of art! The Community Church of Durham (UCC) has a highly visible community space within our church building. We do not offer insurance. We consider bodies of art that promote equality, peace, and care for the earth. We offer artists a Sunday morning reception and opportunity to share more about their work in an art talk. ***Xposure 2019 – International Photography & Film Competition What is Xposure? Sharjah Government Media Bureau launched the concept of Xposure in 2016 as an International Photography Festival that would become an annual feature in the calendar of professional photographers, photography enthusiasts, filmmakers, students and educators from around the world. ***43rd NorthEast Watercolor Society Annual Juried Exhibition Works Eligible: Watercolors executed within the last 3 years and not previously exhibited at NEWS Internationals. Aesthetica Creative Writing Award The competition is organized by the Aesthetica Magazine. There are two categories: Poetry and Short Fiction. Poetry entries should be no more than 40 lines. Fiction entries should be no more than 2,000 words. August 31, 2019
