Online Ukulele Lessons For Adult Beginners

NHTunes is proud to offer real-time online ukulele lessons for adult beginners who are looking to learn! We strive to make the online lesson experience as fun and productive as in-person lessons, minus the drive time! Our instructors have years of experience teaching students of all ages and skill levels how to play the ukulele. They are patient, and will teach at a speed that makes learning fun. Learn without leaving your home!

Online ukulele lessons for adult beginners feature the same learning experience as in-house music lessons. If you are an absolute beginner,  our online ukulele lessons for adult beginners will focus on learning chords, strumming, and playing songs quickly.

Absolute beginners will benefit greatly from our real time instruction. We will first start by teaching you to tune your ukulele, then we’ll learn just three chords. Once you are able to play those three chords, you’ll be able to start playing songs! We will even send you the documents you’ll need to practice with between your lessons! We strive to make online ukulele lessons for adults beginners as fun and as easy as possible.

 If you are interested in this exciting option for learning the ukulele and would like to schedule a lesson with one of our ukulele professionals, you can do so below using our convenient online scheduler.  Lesson costs are $29.50/half hour, and are discounted at $53.10/hr, and you will be billed for your lesson when you schedule it. We accept all major credit cards, and Paypal.

All you need to get started with online ukulele lessons for adult beginners is a connection to the internet, a webcam (most laptop’s built in cameras work fine), and a microphone/speaker (again, most laptop’s build in mic/speakers work fine). We use Zoom for our lessons, and this requires no software to install… if you don’t already have Zoom installed, just click on the link a few minutes in advance of your first lesson!

Ethan has his B.M. in Music Education, and B.A. in Jazz Guitar Performance from UNH. He has extensive music teaching experience, interning at Mast Way Elementary School, and teaching Saxophone at Moharimet Elementary School. Ethan enjoys playing & teaching many different styles of music including jazz, to classical, flamenco, folk, pop, and hip hop.

Carol Syversen

Carol Syversen, originally from New York, began playing guitar at age 13 and has been dedicated to the craft since. Now a New Hampshire native, she received her Bachelor’s degree in Music Interdisciplinary Skills from Berklee College of Music in 2018. Her talent ranges to include a variety of teachable styles and techniques, and she particularly enjoys playing and teaching finger style and folk guitar. She enjoys sharing her love of music with others and looks forward to working with new students at NHTunes!
