Payment & Cancellation Policies
We require a 24-hour notice (call 603-660-2208 or e-mail) for a missed lesson.
- With a 24 hour notice, the lesson will be rescheduled at a mutually agreed upon time between the student and instructor. We do not provide refunds for missed lessons.
- A same-day notice (less than 24 hour), or no-show results in forfeiture of the lesson.
New students can book a single lesson on our website.
- If you would like to reserve a consistent day/time spot, you are expected to pay for the remaining lessons in that month. For example, if your first lesson is on Tuesday the 14th, and you wish to continue with weekly lessons, they are expected to pay for lessons on the 21st, and 28th when they schedule the lessons.
Monthly tuition payments are made through our auto-pay system, or are invoiced via PayPal. Invoices are sent on the first of the month, and payment is expected before the student’s first lesson of the month. Students can set up aut0-pay with any credit or debit card. If requested, NHTunes will send you a link to set this up on the first of the month.
Lessons will not be given if payment has not been received.
Monthly lesson tuition for all instruments and voice is $114.00 per student – this covers 4 half-hour private lessons per month ($28.50/lesson). We offer a 10% discount for families with multiple students, or for students taking double (hour-long) weekly lessons.
Studio Closures
The studio will be closed Tuesday through Monday beginning the fifth Tuesday of a month. This occurs only 4 times per year. The closure week will likely be adjusted based on holiday weeks. The closure weeks are posted on our website (NHTunes.biz), as well as at the studio. Students will also be e-mailed in advance of the closure.
Make-up policy
Missed lessons due to student or instructor call-ins, inclement weather, vacations, holidays, etc. are expected to be resolved through a make-up lesson(s), which will be scheduled between the instructor and student at their convenience.
Students are expected to give a 24 hour cancellation notice.
Cancellations on the day of the lesson are subject to forfeiture. There will be no cash refund for missed lessons unless the instructor is unable to provide a make-up lesson.
Inclement Weather
In the event of inclement weather, please check the announcements on our homepage at NHTunes.biz, our FaceBook page, or call the studio at 603-660-2208. We do not provide refunds for weather closures, but will provide make-up lessons. Following the closure, please discuss a make-up lesson with your instructor at your next scheduled lesson.
