Thank you for choosing NHTunes for your music or voice lessons! Our instructors strive to give our students the best music educational experience available, and we offer many free performance opportunities for our students each year! We believe that music & music performance builds confidence that extends to many facets of life.

Our Newsletter

NHTunes sends a monthly newsletter, “The Beat”. As a student, you will automatically be enrolled to receive The Beat. You can opt out at any time, however our newsletter contains important information such as recital dates, policy changes, class offerings, etc.

 

Recitals

Recitals are an excellent opportunity for our students to gain performance skills. We offer a free Holiday Recital for students. Family members and friends are welcome to attend. The recital is held in early December; the date is announced in late October in our newsletter, and the sign-up sheet is in the studio lobby.

We also offer several smaller recitals throughout the year at local nursing homes. These are fun events for students, and are very much appreciated by the residents. Dates are announced in our newsletter and posted at the studio, and a sign-up sheet is available at the studio.

 

Referral Program

We offer a referral program for our students. You will receive two free lessons for each friend that you refer to our studio that stays for at least a month. Be sure that the refering student mentions you when they start lessons.


Group Classes

NHTunes offers several classes through the year. Dates for these classes will be in our newsletter and on our website & Facebook pages. Classes offered include:

  • Beginner group ukulele (adult and children classes)
  • Recording (audio engineering)
  • Music Theory
  • Voiceover

 

Payment Policy

Lesson payments are expected before each scheduled lesson. A 24-hour cancellation notice is required on all missed lessons to avoid forfeiture.

Invoices for all lessons will be sent via e-mail, and payments can be made online via PayPal (no PayPal account is needed, just a credit card). We also accept cash and checks at the studio (there is a payment box and envelopes on the side of the counter in the lobby area).

 

New Students – pay per-lesson

  • A student is considered ‘new’ in the calendar month that they begin their lessons.
  • New students will be e-mailed an invoice before each scheduled lesson, and payment is expected before the lesson. A 24 hour cancellation policy is required.

 

Enrolled Students – month pay

  • A student is considered ‘enrolled’ at the start of their first calendar month of ongoing lessons with the studio.
  • Invoices will be e-mailed at the end of the current month and are expected to be paid before the first lesson of the month.
  • Students need to inform the studio of any anticipated missed lessons due to vacations or otherwise before the invoices are sent; these missed lessons will be deducted from the student’s monthly invoice.

 

Tuition

  • New students pay $25 per half hour private voice/music lesson.
  • Enrolled students pay a $107.50 monthly tuition fee ($25 * 4.3). This tuition covers a month of weekly half-hour private lessons (students will receive 4 or 5 weekly lessons each month depending on the month and weekday).
  • We offer a 10% family discount for each student of families with more than 1 music student (monthly tuition per student is $96.75).

 

NHTunes accepts cash, checks, and all major credit cards. Please note that there is a $30 returned check fee.

 

 

Missed Lessons

A 24-hour notice is required if a student will miss a lesson. With a 24-hour notice, a make-up can be scheduled with their instructor; please do so at your next scheduled lesson. A no-show or less than 24-hour notice results in lesson forfeiture.

 

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather, please check the announcements on our homepage at NHTunes.biz, our FaceBook page, or call the studio at 603-660-2208. We do not provide refunds for weather closures, but will provide make-up lessons. Please discuss a make-up lesson with your instructor at your next scheduled lesson.
